Coming Home
A one-off 1:1 session for when you just need a lil reset.
Massage - Sound Healing - Somatic Therapy.
Through intuitive massage, sound, and somatic touch, together we create space for your system to soften, recalibrate, and come back into a place of feeling restored and aligned.
A good moment to pause, rest, and feel a little more like yourself again — without needing to dive too deep.
This offering is responsive to what your body needs on the day.

Grief Work
Grief moves in many ways — it can be loud, silent, messy and sometimes completely debilitating.
It’s not always about death. Sometimes it’s even the loss of a relationship, a version of yourself or a future you may have hoped for.
These sessions are for anyone carrying something tender, something unspoken — and needing a space to lay it down.
This work is mostly done outside, where we walk, we talk, we pause.
Nature becomes a quiet witness to your process.
These sessions unfold gently, with no pressure to be anything other than exactly where you are.

Yoga + Movement
These classes are a space to move without expectation, reconnect with your body, and melt into ya mat.
Each class blends intuitive movement, gentle yoga, rest, stillness, and sound — guided by feeling rather than form.
Rooted in both ancient practice and modern rhythm, I teach from a place of interweaving yoga and dance.
Whether you’re craving a good ol’ stretch or shake, some much needed help with sleeping or simply a space to breathe — come along, cos every feeling is welcome and everyone belong here.
