Hey loves

My work is at the beautiful (and sometimes messy) intersection of the mind, soul + body.
I am fluid in the way I work — weaving somatics, movement, sound, ceremonial work and trauma-informed practices to help people feel more at home within themselves — to stay rooted + regulated and really gain that deeper sense of self-love.

My journey into this work has been a layered and deeply human one. I’ve walked through life with chronic illness, identity questions, and my own battles with shame, grief, and unhelpful patterns.
Those lived experiences shape how I hold space — gifting me with a depth I could never have reached through training alone.

In addition to my lived experiences, I am a trained therapist in somatics and trauma-informed therapy. Over the past decade, I have taught yoga and trained in bodywork, reiki, massage, permaculture, and alternative medicine. I am also a grief companion and am currently completing my training as a death doula. Through these studies and my own self-inquiry, I’ve developed ways of understanding the human psyche and the interconnectedness of our physical, emotional + spiritual bodies and the land we live on.

Inclusivity is at the heart of my practice. I specialise in supporting people navigating questions of identity, addiction, grief and chronic illness.
I hold space for the LGBTQIA+ community with care and affirmation, creating somewhere you never need to explain or justify who you are.

Through my offerings — whether a conversation, a class, or a ceremony — my hope is always the same: to cultivate an environment that is honest, steady, and real. I create space where we can strip it back, remember that healing isn’t linear, and explore the wild mystery of being human, together.
